Taylor Stommel

Taylor Stommel (she/they) is a San Francisco native and SFUSD graduate. Previously, Taylor has worked as a peer health educator for Project Survive and Expect Respect with City College of San Francisco, where she earned her Sexual Health Educator and Infectious Disease Prevention Certifications. Taylor’s prevention work has been recognized by the San Francisco’s Youth Commission for supporting their efforts to have the San Francisco Board of Supervisors approve a resolution declaring February as Teen Domestic Violence Month. She was recently joined the Advisory Board of the nationally know program, Love is Respect, which is part of National Domestic Violence Hotline. When not at work, Taylor can be found caffeinating, walking, and expanding her stationery collection. She is excited to be with Black Women Revolt Against Domestic Violence Youth Domestic Violence Prevention Coordinator, where Taylor hopes to empower the next generation of peer educators.
