Raynia Lewis-Lu Dr. Raynia T. Lewis-Lu (she/her) was born and raised in Oakland, CA. She has a Doctorate in Business Administration. She is a wife and a mother of two amazing young men. Dr. Lu has worked in Social Services for the past nine years and continues to promote community empowerment.
