Every month, Crucial Conversations brings our community together to spotlight powerful voices doing the work to heal, support, and advocate for those who need it most.    

This May, we’re honored to welcome Jill Zawisza, Co-Director of W.O.M.A.N. Inc., a vital San Francisco-based organization that’s been on the front lines of survivor support for decades. From their 24-hour crisis line to trauma-informed therapy, W.O.M.A.N., Inc. plays a critical role in meeting survivors where they are and walking with them through their journey to safety and healing. 

Jill brings over 20 years of leadership in the anti-violence movement, and her vision of care, collaboration, and community-rooted advocacy continues to make a lasting impact across the Bay Area.
