Crucial Conversations #TDVAM with Asian Women’s Shelter, La Casa de las Madres, and Project Strive

February is Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month—a time to come together, reflect, and empower our youth with the knowledge and tools to build healthy, respectful relationships. As young people navigate an ever-changing world, including technological shifts and challenges surrounding LGBTQ+ rights, it's critical that we stand united in supporting their growth and safety.

We are honored to present this month’s Crucial Conversation featuring a dynamic panel discussion with:

  • Angellynn Tam, Youth IPV Prevention Coordinator, Asian Women’s Shelter

  • Sophie Reichert, Family Advocate-Teen Program, La Casa de las Madres

  • Project Survive

  • Taylor Stommel, Black Women Revolt Against DV

  • Moderated by Makayla Bell, YAC & Advisory Board Member, Black Women Revolt Against DV

This insightful conversation will explore strategies to support youth advocacy, promote healthy relationships, and address the prevention of dating violence.
