Kendall Aubrey (she/they) is a San Francisco State University student. She is actively pursuing her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. During her junior and senior years at San Francisco State University, Kendall has interned with Black Women Revolt. While interning with Black Women Revolt Against Domestic Violence, she is gaining the knowledge and skills required to recognize all forms of domestic abuse (including emotional, financial, physical, sexual, spiritual, and technological abuse) and has instructed others about healthy relationships as a preventative measure against domestic violence. As she continues her academic career to become a licensed therapist, she plans to use the knowledge she has acquired in her role as a Youth Advisory Intern to help heal the intergenerational trauma that exists in the lives of black women, one therapy session at a time.
